Google Reject with No Feedback - L5

Recruiter reached out to me via linkedIn and scheduled direct virtual onsite interview. However due to NDA I can't disclose the exact questions but here is my experience.

Round 1: Algorithm and Data Structure - Question related to String.
Round 2: Algorithm and Data tructure - Question related to list of numbers thing.
Round 3: Googleyness -> Given some situation and asked if I came accross such situation and how I dealt in such a situation.
Round 4. Question 1 - DFS question on tree traversal. Question 2 - on using some thread fuctions.
Round 5: System Design - Design a sync system kind of thing

I felt I did really good in the first 4 rounds and gave optimal solutions. I had 5 rounds of interview of which 1 System Design round din't go that well but rest 4 data structure and algorithm went really good, I gave optimized solutions and asked the right clarifying questions. I was hoping to hear some positive news but received an "Unfortunately.... " email saying "Can't provide feedback" which seriously demotivated me because I did not expect this from Google. I thought I will at least get a L4 recommendation(which is what recruiter told in prep call that if I don't meet L5 I will be recommended L4) if not L5. When a candidate works really hard and spends hrs together to study and give interview, the least we expect is the "Feedback for rejection".. how will I ever know what went wrong.. They ask us to reapply again but what's the use of it when they can't provide feedback of the interview.... I have done just Bachelors in Engineering in CS with 10+ experience. I feel Google looks for candidates who have graduated/have masters from good universities.
