Hi All,

Recruiter reached out to me for SDE1/II role on a particular hiring day and I gave my online assessment and 4 rounds of interview and later i got an email saying " We are positive about your candidancy, however there is no role alligned at the moment and your details will be shared with hiring managers in talent plus portal for 30 days, if any of the hiring manager expresses interest, they will proced with the offer "

Has anyone faced similar experience ? Is it just a wait game now ? Will reaching out to managers help ? what would happen after the 30 days if no interest is shown ?

I dont know if I should be happy about this or sad.
