hello everyone, I have a first round 30 min technical phone screen thru skype with Microsoft soon. Has anyone gone through the same experience recently? What can I expect? I heard some people saying that it's only behavioral with brain teasers (explain recursion to 6yr old etc), some say they did LC questions.

Does anyone here know what can I (and other people) expect?
