Next week I have my Amazon Interview scheduled.
On looking at archives and past interview experiences I realised they give a lots of importance to their Leadership principles.

I was wondering how would it come across if I use stories from my freelancing projects I used to do on the side to answer these questions.

Would it seem like I am not a good employee, As I don’t devote 100% of my time to my job, Like would mentioning freelancing be a negative point?
