I am currently working with IBM as a software engineer since 4 years. I have received an offer from Subway for Sr. Software Engineer and that is 35% raise from my base salary here at IBM and 55% raise if I include bonus. I am wondering if I shouldd switch or stay with IBM and keep looking for other tech companies? I haven't had luck since a year - I have reached final rounds for Amazon, Facebook etc. but did not clear it. Any pros and cons or any inside info from anyone who knows working at Subway Headquarters would help. Thanks in advance.
