I have some confusion regarding the cooling period.
Actually, I have recently got an Amazon Interview scheduled, but before that, I have to fill an application form.
In that form, there is a field where I have to mention if I have applied to Amazon before, if yes when?

Now the point is that I have applied to Amazon before but my resume never got shortlisted and I didn't receive any OA(online assessment) links or interview links, so will it be considered as a valid application and will the cooling period also apply here?

Long story short: Does the Cooling Period also applies even if you have not got any interview offer or online test links, and your application was just ignored?

Can anyone please help me out, I am quite confused whether I should mark that field as yes or no, and will it affect my current candidature?
