This is quite disappointment on HR's who play with candidates. I was recently interviewed by a person who have 2 years of experience and I was having 9 years of experience from Tier 1 college.

When the interviewer told me his experience i was dumbstruck and felt dishearted what the companies are doing with the candidates?

Because of companies like Airtel xlabs and HR's like this have spoiled the decorum and environment of the hiring.
