I have offer from Morgan stanley (Senior Asccociate) and  Salesforce (MTS).\nTotal compensation is little bit better for salesforce, but I am looking for better work. \n\nHere is the info i could gether from interviews.\nMorgan Stanley : Macro starta team, Institutional Securities Technology Division\nmicroservice architecture, MongoDB\t\t\tProgramming language : Java, Scala\n\nSalesforce : Identity access management team , Distributed System\n\t\twork on different cloud like GCP, AWS , Azure as per customer dimands to Provide IAM.\n\t\tProgramming language : Java and Go\nInterview process was harder for morgan stanley. I will create a seperate post for the interview process.\nI have 3 years of software development experince in java and work life balence is not an issue for me.\nPlease help me which one to choose for better work and growth?
