How good an algorithm is in terms of correctness and efficiency is evaluated through a battery of
rigorous unittests. We take the results of unittests to decide on the algorithm.

I think that writing good unittests for yourselves than relying on others/platform gets you a better solution. Do you agree with this ? How can we build such rigorous unit tests ?
