Hi all,\nA recruiter contacted me for an hiring event(SDE 1/2) in mid April\n\nI was given an online test and one week after completing it, recruiter said I was selected for interview event and moved to an hiring event.\n\nDuring the hiring event on May 13th, I had around 4 rounds mostly leetcode medium questions based on SlidingWindow/ Backtracking (meeting with 2 senior developers, 1 team manager, 1 team manager\'s manager).\n\nAfter a week, today recruiter had a call with me and said that \n"*The team is positive on your candidacy but think you might not be a match with the current team who interviewed you. But since you already got a positive feedback from the team, there won\'t be any other technical interviews for you, But the recruiters might contact you for having a team matching call*"\n\nHave any of you faced similar experience, If so what would be the next steps.\n\nThanks in advance.\n\nUPDATE:\nI checked with the recruiter after 2 weeks, He didn\'t had any information to me.\n\nOne month after the interview the recruiter had a call with me and said they have a policy of keeping the candidate in the interview pool only for a month. \nSo he asked me to look for other roles in Microsoft and retry anytime.
