How can I structure my responses if I have no prior experience. From what I have seen, the leadership principles are focussed around what we did during our previous work. Some of the questions might be

Tell me about a time when you couldn't meet your deadline?

Tell me about a time when your teammate didn't agree with you? What did you do?

Most questions are like this. For a person that did not have any prior working experience, how should we structure the answers?

How many stories/scenarios do we need? There aren't a lot of discussions focussed on first time interviewees.
