position : SDE 2

1. Recruiter call 30 min nothing technical : 30th March
2. Assessment 2 questions 120 min : 10th April
3. Virtual onsite 4 rounds each 1 hour : 4th May
   1. Behavioral + 1 LC medium ( Sr SDE )
      Can be solved with BFS and no follow up were asked
   2. Behavioral + OOD (Hiring Manager)
   3. Behavioral + 1 LC medium (Bar raiser)
      Can be solved with brute force and he asked some edge cases and special scenarios I was able to solve only 60 %
   4. Behavioral + 1 LC medium ( SDE ) -> DFS
      DFS 2D array with time and space complexity

My experience :

1. I prepared 3 different stories on each LP . Interviewgenie and some questions recruiter sent before interview was really helpful.

2. I solved Top 131 Amazon tagged leetcode questions.

3. I went through the all top amazon questions 3 times and remembered approach. This helped me a lot as I did not have to think when question were presented. (My problem solving skills is not that good. I can only solve questions with similar pattern and twist) ratio is 60:40. 60% actually solved 40% went through the approach.

Tips:

1. Dont repeat LP examples prepare atleast 4 example. You can keep notes with you. I prepared table with LP name and short story title. They will go into every single details. Dont lie.

2. Keep talking, be confident, smile. If you dont know the answer say it loudly with confidence.

3. For OOD gather all requirements and discuss problem and write classes. It's ok if you are not able to design all of them. I had only 20 minute and I could design only 4-5 classes but discussed a lot.
