I have perhaps a dumb question but I am really curious about how does zoom or FB Live or google hangout connect users from across continent without any latency? Imagine someone is US talking to someone in India without any noticeable latency. Do they both connect to the same call server that can manage this intercontinental connection at God speed? What happens when the call includes participants from different continents?
Please answer and share any links that talks about this. I have a hard time finding anything concrete on this.
