1. discussion regarding to the work experience
2. fundamental computer science Q&A
3. data structure questions by HackerRank 30mins

I pass the first two, but at the final round I cannot figure out the question in an optimized way, so got rejected.

Advice to potential applicants submit accepted code to leetcode is not enough for inteview at Bytedance, you have to come up with optimized solutions.
