Hey, when applying to SDE1 positions not tagged newgrad, would the questions be based on experienced or new grad LC. I noticed the assessment is different from the newgrad in that it has 2 additional sections:

a coding challenge with two scenarios (up to 90 min)
a "describe your approach" section to discuss your coding solutions (up to 15 min)
a work style survey (up to 15 min)
a feedback survey (5 min)
