Hi Leetcode community,
I would appreciate you guys tips for any last minute prep for Google phone interview. I have phone interview this Friday. I have been working on Leetcode for a long while. I have solved more than 1000+ questions over the period of almost 3 years, but I still feel I am an average programmer(my contest ratings just above 1700) as I am unable to surpass 2 questions in some most recent leetcode contests. Please don't feel that I am bragging about solving 1000+ questions as even I strongly believe quality > quantity, but I am not sure about what should one do during the last few days before actual interview. I am planning to solve Google Explore card to revise some important concepts.
Any tips would be appreciated.
Thank You!
Update :
Hi guys, I completed my phone interview. The question was an Easy/Medium 2D Grid DFS interview question. There was a follow-up question but I was not completely clear what approach the interviewer wanted because I gave him a lot of approaches. In the end, he himself told me what I should do and asked me if I can translate that to code. I did it and he was fine with it. I must say guys, Google SWE's are really helpful and it does seem like they do want you to clear the interview. More than anything else, I felt communication is the key, because once they understand your approach, they will help you
