I recently interviewed for a tech company with a codility test. I was not able to solve the following question, due to lack of preparation. I've searched for solution ideas but could find any. My questions:

How to solve the problem? Code in Python would be nice.
How hard is the question? I would assume it could be rated "medium" cause it seems way harder than easy leetcode problems?
