Status: New Grad, BS CS Top 20 CS school
Interviewing:
Background:
First time applying to Oracle OCI. Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin, then process moved quickly along. Applied to the 2 year rotational program for new grads.
HR Phone Screen
Recruiter called and had discussion on what classes I've taken, some questions on why Oracle, work status elgibility, and other administrative stuff. Pretty chill and scheduled a phone round for next week.
Phone Interview
This round lasted 1 hour. Spent 5 minutes talking about my background and introduction, then jumped into coding. Then 5 minutes at the end for questions. Didn't discuss space/time complexity.

Round 2 -
Interviewed with an engineer from Seattle. Mainly asked resume based questions and a lot of OCI values.
Round 3 -
Interviewed with a non-technical person. Mainly asked resume based questions and a lot of OCI values.
Thoughts
Honestly thought there would be 1 round behavioral, and 2 round technical. But it was the other way around. I prepared by doing Oracle leetcode tagged questions in the past 6 months. I think extensive preparation around OCI values and behavioral questions is a must. They take culture fit very seriously.
Got the offer a couple hours after the onsite.
