Tier 3 institute : with not job when graduated

I have 8+ YOE.
Although offer is not from FAANG, but it same what a FAANG offers.

I am sharing my experice of interview and offer

Round 1. : Technical Screening

c. 1 trouble shooting question

Round 2:

1. Coding for mutli threads in Java
2. 1 System design question
3. Behavorial question
4. 1 Leetcode medium question

Round 3 (Bar raiser):

1. 1 leet code hard type question
2. 1 Behavorial question

Round 4 (System design)

1. Design a system similar to PasteIt with added customization
2. 1 Behvorial question

Round 5 (Bar raiser from other team)

1. System design question
2. 1 Behavorial question

Round 6 (Managerial)

1. This was all behavorial questions

Round 7 (HR : offer)

Compensation:
Base : 50 LPA
Joining bonus : 10 lacs
RSU/ Shares : 950 units (200 units equal 9 lacs INR)

Total quivalent CTC per year : 70 Lakhs per annum INR.

*My advice : Be humble and work hard. Meditation helps a lot with family and kids. So keep meditating
