The Toast experience was very fast and from start to offer, it took 6 days. They start off with sending a HackerRank. I found it pretty easy (two questions, one hour, that involved use of dictionaries and heaps). Then, they set up a recruiter call with you. Be warned that this is actually a behavorial interview and that if the recruiter likes you, they will say you passed to the final round. Make sure to emphasize your love for the restaurant industry and how you want to use technology like Toast's to impact it (something along those lines).
Final round was just two rounds. One hour LC, 30 min behavorial. Behavorial was very straightforward with the usual tell me a time questions and LC was simple too, it just involved performing DFS on a JSON. Interviewer also asked many follow up questions involving how to optimize and scalability.
Received an offer in about 2 days. Overall, very fast and enjoyable process. Toast is on a hiring surge right now due to laying off a bunch of employees back in April.
Offer was: base 107k, 1250 units of stock (they have not IPOd yet)
