System Design: Hackerrank

Overall I got the impression it's an immature org that lacks structure and it's only a good match if you're fresh out of college and you like to deal with nonsense. If you're a serious engineer with lots of years experience under your belt, you'd better go to Google or alike. None of the engineers I talked to intrigued me with the answers to my questions.
