I applied for 2020 positions, but it was closed, recruiter reached out to me to apply for 2021 Graduate Entry positions.\n\nPhone Interview:\nI scheduled this, the interviewer was nice but a tad strict, he asked about myself and what I do.\nOver to the technical round; he asked me a bloomberg tagged question [Validate Binary Search Tree](https://leetcode.com/problems/validate-binary-search-tree/)\nAsked me to do this without recursion and then we talked about the trade offs; he also asked few Java specific questions and was satisitied with my solution.\n\nGot a call back for the next round few minutes later.\n\nVirtual OnSite:\n2 engineers were on the call,we talked about my projects and experience\nI got 2 questions, a leetcode easy [First Unique Character in a String](https://leetcode.com/problems/first-unique-character-in-a-string/), he kept on twisting the solution to see if I could still arrive at an answer.\nThe second question was more of design; we discussed designing an airport system, but I didn\'t understand the question very well, as satisifed and impressed as the looked, I had a bad feeling.\n\nGot a rejection mail the next day which broke me, but more practice!
