There are a total of three rounds.

First round is a phone interview with a Qualtrics engineer. About 45 min, expect a LC med.

Second is the "onsite". Typically people have 3 back to back 45 min sessions. LC med - LC med-hards. Personally, none of my questions were tagged on LC, so LC is pretty useless in that regard.

Final round is 1 hour with hiring manager. Expect more emphasis on behavorial portion but still expect a LC. Ranges from LC easy to hard so prepare for worst.
