Process starts with a phone interview
Phone Interview Questions:
1.Given a dictionary of words, implement an autocomplete program
2.Two sum problem
After clearing this i was told i will have 5 rounds.
Every coding round had 2 to 3 behavioural questions.
Round 1 :
- Given courses and pre dependencies, return if all of them can be completed
- Design Tic Tac Toe - mostly OOD
Round 2 : Bartender round
Lots of LP, detailed discussion about past projects and few language specific questions like Garbage collection and Python related questions as i am python dev
Round 3 :
1.search in rotated sorted array
-> follow up question for duplicate element corner case
- Given multiple users busy time slots, find out if a meeting slot is available where all are free
Round 4 : Hiring manager round
Had a good discussion about current work, the team's work, on call promises and etc.
one basic coding question like - replace all elements in array with product of every other element in the array. focus was more on readability and corner cases coverance
Round 5 :
System design loggin service, which will be used by multiple services. HLD
