Timeline of the interview process:

Online Assesment -1:August 14, 2020
Online Assesment -2:August 23,2020
Online Assesment -3: August 24,2020
Update on passing all assessment and call for interview : September 10,2020
Final 3 round interview : Septemeber 28,2020

Virtual Onsite 1st Round(45 mins):

  • Tell me about a time when you had strict deadlines and what did you do to achieve it.
  • Tell me about a time when your collegue was not responsive regarding the tasks given, how did you deal with such situation.

Virtual Onsite 2nd Round(45 mins):

  • Tell me one of the coolest projects you have done
  • Tell me about a time you failed and what you learnt from it.
  • System Design question on designing a product query page with questions to customers about the product they might have bought from amazon recently. (This was an open-ended question. Make suitable assumptions and walk the interviewer through your thoughts)
    -This was more like customer review section in Amazon.

Virtual Onsite 3rd Round(45 mins):

  • Tell me about yourself
  • Tell me about a time when you had to take quick decision without any knowledge of consequencesor much knowledge about it.
  • Coding question on Binary Tree . Right side view of Binary Tree.

Result: Received offer on September 30,2020

Thank you Leetcode community for the support you have provided me. My tips are jotted down below. I guess this helps many students aspiring for Amazon! I came from Electrical background and could crack Amazon interview with a 4 months of well planned and organised way of doing leetcode and Mock interviews. So if I can do it, you can too!!
