I think have rejected every male applicant no matter how well he did. Only female candidates got the invites for the interview even if they havent got all the questions right. Same bias happened to me during the internship interview with Amazon. I was waitlisted and was ignored and female candidates who was waitlisted after a month after me got the internship.
