Position: MTS
The onsite interview consisted of 4 rounds. The recruiter didnt define what each round will be but told me it will be coding and design.
Round1:
General question about resume.
Problem 1: Happy number from leetcode. I solved the most optimal solution after discussion and also included boudary condition for which recruiter asked me how did I come up with the solutiona and I explained my approach.
Problem 2: He gave me string like 3[bc]a and asked me multiple and expand the string to bcbcbca.
I came up with my approach using recursion and he told me I didnt use any data structure and asked me to
solve iteratively. I tried uisng single stack but couldnt pass some cases then he gave me a hint to use 2 stack and I discussed my solution with him. I didnt had time to code and he discussed some MCQ.

Round 2: No interview appeared and I waited for 15 and emailed recruiter. I waited 15 min more and emailed recruiter. Finally recruiter told me that the interviewer had an emergency and this is my break time and next interview will be in 15 min:

Round 2(Actual): The interview was the manager of the team and he told me about the work. Then he asked me a question[5,10,15,2,8,12,20] find the number which has the most number of multiple/divisor. Like 5 has to 10,15, 20 and 2 has 10,8,12,20 and return the list. I discussed my approach and he agreed and I solved the question and the code worked for all test cases. He then asked me about the complexity and I discussed with him it would be O(N2).
I asked some more quesiton about cleaning the code and I was able to do it.

Round 3: The interview asked some behavioral question regarding my work and situation and I answered and she was able to follow and liked my approach. Then she asked me a question regarding Magic number which a number whose divisors sum is equal to the number. I dicussed my approach and solved the quesiton. The code passed all her test cases.
Then she asked me to design a system for covid where I need to give the number of cases in each state in each country and then for the whole world. I discussed my approach and she asked me to write classes and how will I code. I was able to explain and write my approach and she like my way of thinking and approach. She asked me few follow up and I was able to answer most of them.

Round 4: Again nobody showed up. I emailed recruiter again and no one replied. Finally after 40 min I sent a thank you email and the recuriter replied and said they will let me know.

Next the the recruiter for the last round called me in the afternoon and said are you ready for interview and I told he I dont have any update regarding interview today. He asked me for alternative time in the same day and I told me I can meet at this time and he agreed and apologised for confusion.

After 2 hrs he cancelled and said they will reschedule. I emailed recruiter and he said I dont have any interview but will let me know.

Next day recruiter sent me reject saying all the team enjoyed talking to me and the overall process. They really like my background. But the team will proceed with other candidate. Thank you for applying.
