About me - Tier 1 college, Non-CS background, 1 year of exp

Was refered by a friend for Software Enginner Role. Recruitors reached out to me the very next day.

Round 1 -

Que- Longest Common subsequence.
Que - Maximum of all subarrays of size k ( O(n) complexity was needed)

Then he asked some system design questions (NoSql, Caching and distributed system concepts) as well as past experience. This round went very well.

Round 2 -

Que - Boundry Order traversal - (https://leetcode.com/problems/boundary-of-binary-tree/)
Only single traversal was allowed.

Que - Design a multLlift System.

The design part was a bit struggle for me. Overall this round was satisfactory.

Round 3 -
Behavioral and past experience. This was mangerial round. The manger was an Ex-Tesla engineer.

Result -
The next day the HR told me that they will be rolling out an offer for Software Enginner position.

Base - 18 lakh
Bonus - 2 lakhs
Stocks - 22 lakhs vested across 4 years

Overall the recruitment process was super smooth.
