My Background:

Education - 2024 B.Tech IT from Tier 2 college.
Experience:

• 1 year at a starup
• Then shifted to mid size company, been here for 8 months
• Total Expereince = 1.8 years
• Current Comp: 12 LPA with some ESOPS

A Amazon Recruiter reached me out via linkedIn, and got OA link after few days.

Onine Assessment - 2 DSA question, Work style assessment, situational/behaviour question.

Cleared the OA and got interview loop scheduled onsite.

Today I had 2 face-to-face rounds

Round 1: (Single L6 Engineer)

Round 2: (2 cross team Engineers who refused to share their team/org)

After round 2, recruiter told me that i got positive feedback for round 1 and mixed positive feedback.
And he told that I will still have 2 more virtual rounds, which includes a Gen-AI based round and another techincal plus mangerial round.

Does anyone have idea about this new Gen-AI based round?

Also, I am in dilemma if to change to amazon even if I get the offer. Since I had shifted once and if I shift now it will be my 2 nd shift in 2 years. This would affect my Resume right?

Looking for suggestions from the community.
