Passed all test cases. Had a 15-20mins code review call after a couple of days. Went over complexities, approach etc.
Virtual Onsite
Scheduled for after a month approx. Recruiter was very helpful throughout. Offered mock interviewing if needed.
Round1: 2 LPs and System Design on an Amazon based product. Very open ended discussion. Was encouraged to talk through thoughts and tradeoffs.
Round2: 2-3 LPs with follow up. Be specific and technical in explaining LP since these are engineers. Coding question: Related to trees. Can't be more specific. LC Medium.
Was able to solve it well before time, discussed complexities and reverse questioning.
Round3: 2-3 LPs. Well known OOD problem as listed in one of the posts here. Asked to implement the core functionality. This round was a bit haphazard. Tried my best to appease the interviewer but he did not seem to get my point about what I was building. Bummed about this round :/
Round4: 3-4LPs. Introduction about myself. Started off with Problem Solving round. Was asked a matrix question which I've never encountered before. Interviewer helped me build up the solution. Started with brute force and worked upto optimal solution. Very helpful and supportive interviewer. Discussed complexities and he seemed satisfied.
Waiting for the outcome now. Only bummed about the OOD round, I got stumped there. Fingers crossed.
