Hi Everyone!

Recenlty, I gave google interviews for L4 postion.

1st Interview in December, it was a virtual technical round based on array swaps a simple tricky question. I can say it is just above medium. I was able to solve and write the optimal code. Interviewer was very friendly.
Self verdict:- Strong Hire

2nd Interview is Googlyness round and it's virtual and it's like basic google behavioral round. I was able to satify the interviewer with my answers
Self verdict:- Strong Hire

3rd Interview was a onsite technical interview question was related to DAG DP problem. I was able to comeup with brute force and better brute force approach, he asked to code it and explain the working solution I had a hard time explaing the solution to him. I was expecting to focus mainly on optimized solution and then code that instead he asked to write brute force solution and explain the code this is where I lost my time and by the time I got the optimal solution in my mind the time was up. I still regret this feeling. I felt the interviewer was not friendly compared to other rounds that I had, It wasn't constructive.
Self verdict:- No Hire / Lean no hire

4th Interview was a onsite technical interview questions are related to grid and graph to find largest squared length containing all same characters, follow up was slight modification to it. These are medium level problems. I was able to solve them within 40min
Self verdict:- Strong Hire

Yesterday, I got a call from recruiter that I got a mixed feedback that one is positve and one is like negative (Onsite rounds). She told my profile will be open for a week. If any HM is interested in my profile they will let me know else I will get a rejection email after a week. (I tried asking for reround, she said its on interested HM)

What do you think of my chances?
