Got HR call directly for Phone screening round after updating linkeding profile to Open for Work

OA round having 1 med DP question and 1 hard question on hackeran rank platform. 90 mins time. Camera and mic enabled
Phone screening round. Interviewer gave a stack problem.

Interviewer told that I cleared the Phone screening round and selected for complete interview schedule.
First DSA ROund: one question with some minor maths and line sweep algorithm. Not able to solve a bit after multiple hints. NO Hire
LLD round: Design a voter management system. Each state will have multiple constituencies, then districts, then EVMs. Need to handle the voting process and the creation of the election system. Expectation was to write working code for atleast one feature.
Not able to code properly . No Hire
HLD round: Design a Feed notification service. Similar to instagram types. Strong hire.
Managerial round: Behavioural questions related to my projects and team. Hire
