Takeaways
- Really the most important thing that Amazon is looking for a BA role is cultural fit which means 14 LPs. Then comes Dashboarding and SQL skills.
- I think it wasn't until my last attempt when I really got all LPs correct and understood what Amazon is looking for in a candidate.
- Write down all the stories from your past experiences that showcase the LPs. I would say prepare 15-20 before the onsite.
- Lastly, just take your time to prepare and then set your interviews accordingly. Do not rush. Do not panic while preparing. Take one day at a time and focus.
I am sure if I can do it so can you. Believe in yourself and good luck!
