5 years. Most of them spent at two of the following companies: FB, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Lyft, Airbnb, Uber. Not revealing specifics to protect anonimity.

Technical phone screen:
None

Virtual Onsite:
4 coding interviews and 1 behavorial.

Coding:

1. A complex graph question involving BFS and additional valid path logics. (Hard)
2. A DP maximizing question involving array and sorting. (Hard)
3. A straightforward backtracking question. (Medium)
4. An array shuffling question with additional complexity to optimize for space and performance. (Medium)

Behavioral:
Conflict resolution, going above and beyond for customer and a bunch of other questions that I can not remember at this moment.

Preparation:

1. Leetcode. I have done ~100 LC in the past to prep for job interviews. This time I did 150 (40 easy, 100 medium, 10 hard) in 1.5 months.
2. Write down common behavioral questions and your answers a week before the interview. Read through them a couple of times.

Advice:

1. Use spaced repetition for learning
2. Optimize for LC medium
3. Complete solution > perfect solution
4. Interview in 1-2 other companies before Google for (a) confidence and (b) potential competing offers.
