I had my google screening interview last week, Honestly I did not have enough time for prep and I felt I could have done better,I wasn't expecting any good response. My interview had system integration questions which I did not expect and was not prepared, Coding question went well. I got a call today stating the review was mixed and I did mentioned I was not prepared enough and I had time crunch. They would like to give me more time and want me to prep up more and we will have an interview when I say I am prepared and ready!!!!

This felt really strange ! is this even possible!!?? I am happy that I have got one more chance to prove myself, wnated to know if someone had experienced this!

My background: I have 10 years of experience and this is for Application Engineer role in dublin ireland.
