I got a call from a recruiter (Backtracked to find that they found my contact through Naukri) to know my availability for the interviews at NIKE office in Bengaluru. It was a short notice, as there was just about 2 days were left for the interviews to revise.

First Round (Technical Round with SDE3)

• Basic Introductions
• Resume Based Questions
• Current Company Tech Stack Questions
• 2 DSA Medium - Hard Problems (Arrays and String Based)
• Current Product System Design E2E with cross questions and scenario additions

Tip : Confidence is the Key

Second Round (Technical Round with Sr.SDE)

• 2 DSA Medium - Hard
• Unique Middleware question with networking packets routing ( solved it using Priority Queue ), this was a scenario based question and not a typical leetcode style
• HLD and LLD of my current Product as I used Circuit Breaker Pattern , so grilled me on that
• Design Patterns Pen and Paper code scenario based
• Basically they wanted to know more on my technical experience , challenges I faced and what solutions I came with.
• Touched on SQL and cloud.

Third Round (Director Round)

• Resume Grilling (If you fake, they say bye bye)
• Achievement are Key (He was very much impressed with my achievements)
• Usual Scenario Based question (use STAR principles to answer)

Overall experience was good and the panel who conducted my interviews were too good which depicts NIKE's culture and overall had a great experience and after 2 days I recieved my offer.
