Hi I have cold emailed recruiter my application and then she called me asking basic details and told that there is a Face-to-Face interview. It was on a weekday.

Round 1 - Technical Round
This round focused on knowledge in different areas.
- He asked to design a Singleton class.
- A String based DSA question
- Asked to implement multithreading question
Different type of java theoritical questions.
In the end he asked a puzzles i.e. there are 100 doors all of them are open at the start and now 1st person goes to all multiple of ones gates and close all open ones and open all closed ones , then 2nd person goes to all multiple of 2 and upto 100. Now have to tell which doors will be open at end.

Round 2 - Technical Round
This round he asked more of implementation questions in java to check whether I know java or not. Then there were 3 DSA questions which I have given pseudo code in C++ and he said ok for that. Again puzzle question there are two measuring cups one 3L another 5L. Now have to measure 4L how will you do it. Some resume questions. Please see I answered all questions that too all correct.
Verdict - Rejected
When I asked HR what is the reason of rejecting she told your java is weak. This was the worst thing how can my java is weak when I solved and answered everything then I realized he rejected me because I have written pseudo code in C++. If he wanted only to code in java he could have told in start. But anyways that was not my day.
