Hi, I gave 1st round for JP Morgan Chase a few days ago for a Java Developer position.

There were Few Questions related to Java, Behavioral Questions and a Code Review.

1. Why do you want to join JPMC

2. What did you find in the job description that made you apply

3. Time when you faced a performance issue in your current project.

4. Challenging task you handled alone in your team.

5. Time when you had to choose between 2 options.

6. Overall your project related questions.

7. Syncronization and Locking related basic question, ConcurrentHashMap

8. Exceptions/Runtime Exceptions

9. Code Rewiew for a class which stores account,balance in a map, and had methods to update balance after a transaction and get that balance.

In code rewiew, I gave comment to use ConcurrentHashMap which he said is correct,but he asked for details which I did not know how its implemented.

And for why do you want to join JPMC , i just said I was looking for backend opportunites.
And I didnt even remember what was in the job description.

My current project is on C++, and considering my non engaging answers for "why JPMC", I dont think I am going to get selected in this.
