The recruitment process was a challenging yet exciting journey. Here’s how it went:
🔹 Participation: Around 370 students appeared in the drive.
🔹 Round 1 (Machine Round):
We got 60 minutes to solve a pattern-based coding question.
Out of 370, only 28 students cracked this round.
🔹 Round 2 (Machine Round):
Another 90-minute coding test, but this time we could only use Python to solve the problem.
The question was again based on logical/problem-solving patterns.
Surprisingly, all 28 cleared this round.
🔹 Technical Round 1:
Focused purely on problem-solving skills. They checked how you think and approach coding problems, not just the final answer.
From here, only 10 students were shortlisted.
🔹 Technical Round 2:
This was more about Python skills since the drive was specifically for a Python Developer role.
After this, only 7 students passed to the next stage.
🔹 HR Round:
In HR, they asked:
“Where do you see yourself after 3 years?”
“Tell me about yourself that is not mentioned in your resume.”
“Walk me through your project — what’s special in it?”
Finally, there was a salary discussion as well.
After ~20 minutes, results were announced — and all 7 of us cracked it 🎉. We received the NOI (Notice of Intent) along with a warm “Congratulations!” from the panel.
This journey taught me:
✅ The importance of DSA practice
✅ Good Python fundamentals
✅ Confidence in project explanation
