Second maximum in an array — follow-up: implement in a single pass.
Internal workings of HashMap, equals(), and hashCode() deep dive.
Java 8 features — Functional Interfaces, Streams, and related concepts.
Round 2 (Technical Deep Dive): Medium to hard
Multi-threading — code snippet with expected output.
Advanced HashMap discussion.
Two LeetCode-style problems (Medium-Hard) — full implementation in a text editor with walkthrough. one was a variation of cycle sort and other one a n-ary tree.
Interviewer was a very senior guy (probably an Architect) (Russia-based).
Round 3 (Hiring Manager Discussion):
30-min discussion with the Engineering Manager (US-based)
Topics: current project, architectural choices, ownership, and impact
Round 4 (F2F / Final):
Face-to-face with India site lead at their office.
Focus on overall problem-solving approach, architecture discussion, and fitment.
