I didn't prepare for HLD rounds as I had google interviews 2 days prior to the onsites. Interviewers wanted full length answer and didn't discuss like Google HLD rounds. I absolutely bombed this round

You don't need to prepare for this round at all. Standard follow ups like scalability, Security.
Verdict - Hire to Strong Hire
Given how the design round went, I didn't ping my recruiter on feedback and got reject email 2 days later. Just look at the standard questions of Rippling and mug them, the panel are not like googlers who will work the problems with you, they expect clean and working code. The recruiters were really nice, probably the best recrutiers I saw.
