There were 4 rounds

Round 1 | HR Screening | 30 minutes

Asked about work experience, kind of works i am expecting in next role, pay expection. She explained about the role and expectation.

Round 2 | HM Round | 70 minutes

Asked about my work experience in details, challenging project that i solved in last company, lead management skills, tecjk stack details that i used in last company. Situation based questions for Lead role.

Round 3 | Coding | 60 minutes

Started with my work experience and tech stack i worked on.
Then asked a simple question: Groud all words that are anagrams.

They were looking below things :
Use LLM based tools to get the answer for this question. Write all test cases (happy and unhappy) and accomodate in the solutions given by AI tools. Explain time and space complexity for each steps in details.

Round 4 | System Design | 70 minutes

Again started with my work experience in details and asked below question

You have millions of job scheduled stored in database. These jobs are related to fetch the details from different cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP etc) about coumpute instance, storgae use, memory used etc.

You task to design a system that run the jobs (stored in db) at scheduled time and call REST end points of cloud providers and get the details and store in data lakes that will be used for reporting.

Interviewers were lokng for below details:

1. HTTP error handling, handling of REST API tempory down time
2. Rate Limiting handing of REST end points
3. Wrong job submitted by users stored in database - like wrong creds, wrong schedule)
4. if user edits the job schedule how to make sure it runs on time
5. Logging and metrics
6. Notification of critical errors - observability, ownership
7. Scaling the system
8. Deployments

I am waiting for final results. Interviewers from last round updated that they will come back with result in a week or two max.

Update: I received verbal offer that is below my current comp. I straight way denied but HR told me to taked few days and decide. I mean wtf
