I recently interviewed for XpressBees below are the details,

1st Technical:
Project related details some basic discussion around how can we overcome concurrency.
2nd Technical:
HLD system design for UBER and questionnaire on the same, general discussion on past project complexities and resolutions.
3rd HM:
Project complexities disccsions what you know about the company, what the role is about and some more general questions.

Then HR reached out on mail congratulating but told me its not gonna be tech lead now but a SDE3 (might be some strategy to low ball), asked and gathered all the details.

YOE: 7 years 7 months
Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices. (python, scala, play finatra and some more languages and frameworks intermediate)
CCTC: 37 => 34 fixed and 3 LPA bonus.
ECTC: 44 Fixed. which I feel justifies my skill set.

Update: Recieved 40 LPA 37 fixed and 3 LPA as variable as tech lead. I think I got low balled.
