Truely disheartened by the recent news that broke yesterday evening that FB has freezed all its hiring process for E4 level for 2020. My interview was scheduled for 1st June 2020 and they told me about it on 29th May late evening. Totally shattered by it, I invested 6 months of life preparing with just one target in mind. Solved more than 400+ questions, juggled with preparation and office work. At times made silly excuses to escape office work and now I got to know this just 1 day before the process. As per FB their E4 quotas are full and they are not looking for E4 anymore. Irony is when they will resume I will cross 5years+ experience and would no more be eligible for E4. I feel stuck at the moment, looks like all the hard work that I have put in was of now use and restarting again after 6 months or so would be again a challenging task. I dont now how to just get out of this. I just dont want my hardwork to go waste.

I just hope, probabaly there is something better planned for me :) (Keeping faith in God)
