Hello everyone,\nRecently due to pandemic, lots of students lost paid internships and I\'m one among them. After the news, I started vigourously applying for internships, finally managed to get an internship offer at TracFlo.io.\n\nIt\'s a 3 round interview.\n\n**1) Phone screen test a.k.a behaviour interview:**\nThis has all sort of questions including our previous work experience and the challenging situations and our reponse for it. It has some unique questions like which animal we would compare ourselves and why?\n\n**2) Technical interview:**\nThis has been complete into Node.Js and React Js. Questions were asked regarding the javascript and OOPs concepts and the front end related couple of questions as well.\n\n**3) Technical and HR interview:**\nThis round is live coding round and I was asked some questions like scope of the variables and state in javascript.\n\n```\nname.setState(){\n}\n```\netc., were asked and finally HR round ended with work availability and duration of internship and willingness to learn and grow.\n\n**Verdict:** Overall, it was a nice interview experience, people were friendly and since its a startup, there is lot of scope to learn and grow
