I recently had all 4 rounds of interview for SDE-2 role. A new job id was added to 'Action Center' with no job description and it is still in 'Interview' status and 'Complete'. So, I checked with the recruiter and they said the feedback is positive. But they can't roll out any offers for about few weeks (~2) now because of hiring freeze. Has this happened with anyone else like recently or in the past? And what can we expect from this? Can I expect a confirmed offer post this hiring freeze thing?

Edit: It's been >15 days and no response yet. Application status is still 'Complete'. Will keep updating here.
