My Quals:-
Experience:- 6months Intern + 6months FTE
2024 grad, Tier 2 college
LeetCode Max Rating:- 1847

I took my OA on Jan 6th 2025, and got reached out by the recruiter on 24th Jan. They scheduled my interview for 29th Jan, which was later rescheduled to 4th Feb.

Round 1 (4th Feb)

DSA Questions:-

  1. Count Inversions
  2. Course Schedule II

Leadership Principles:-

  1. Tell me about a time when you had to implement something challenging.

I was able to solve both questions and received a call from the recruiter within half an hour, informing me that my second round was scheduled for tomorrow (5th Feb).

Round 2 (5th Feb)

DSA Questions:-

  1. Longest Substring Without Repeating Characters
  2. Longest Substring with At Most K Distinct Characters

Leadership Principles:-

  1. Tell me about a time you went above and beyond your normal responsibilities to achieve a goal.
  2. Tell me about a time when you missed a deadline.
  3. Tell me about a time when you transferred your responsibilities.

I gave the approach and dry run for the 1st question, interviewer was happy with it, and moved on to the 2nd question, I fumbled a bit while implementing the 2nd question, but I coded it up correctly in the end.

I haven't received any updates after that, so I guess it's over for me. Still, I wanted to share my experience with everyone since LeetCode Discuss posts helped me so much during my preparation :)

UPDATE:-
I got a call on 11th Feb, stating that I have my Round 3 on 14th Feb.
Got rescheduled to 20th Feb.

Round 3 (20th Feb)
It was completely behavioural.

The questions were:-

  1. Tell me about a time when you had to implement something challenging.
  2. Tell me about a time when you had recieved critical feedback and how worked upon it.
  3. Tell me about a time when you had to deep dive into subject matter.
  4. Tell me about a time when you didn't know how to proceed, how did you figure out, and how did you consider the options.
  5. Tell me about a time when you improved upon your shortcomings.
  6. Tell me about a time when you missed a deadline, what could you have done better...
  7. It was something like how did you know you were implementing the right solution, what you could've done better, I don't remember exactly.

At the end I was really very tired, the interviewer did cross-questioning on each and every question. I think it went okaish.
Hoping for the best!

UPDATE:-
I got selected next day.
