Round 1: Online Coding Assessment

Each of the below round started with "Introduce yourself and tell about your current work" and for each coding question time complexity was discussed.

Round 2: DS & Algo- 24th April, 2020 (1 hour)

  • Course Schedule
    • Code for both DFS and BFS approach. Time Complexity and approach comparison.

Round 3: DS & Algo- 24th April, 2020 (1 hour)

  • Find first occurence of any number in sorted array
  • Find nth occurence of any number in sorted array
  • Find count of any number in sorted array - Was told to write code for this question.
  • Path Sum

Round 4: Bar Raiser- 29th April, 2020 (1 hour)

Round 5: Hiring Manager Round- 29th April, 2020 (1 hour 15 minutes)

In this round mostly Leadership Principles were evaluated and one technical question was asked.

  • Situation where you couldn't give timely deliverable given by mangager or client. How did you handle it?
  • Situation where you got a chance to work with a completely new technology.
  • Something that you did on your own without seniors telling you anything and it's impact.
  • Situation where you received feedback from seniors or managers or client. How did you improvise?
  • Situation when some of your teammate's work was effecting your deliverable. How did you tackle that?
  • N-ary tree question where you have to pass information from root node to all other nodes. In one iteration information can be passed to one child at a time.
    • How many minimum iterations are needed? What traversal(Inorder, Preorder, Postorder) would you use and which algorithm(BFS or DFS)?

Because of Covid-19 situation all the interviews were taken virtually(video conferencing) on Chime. All the interviewers were very friendly. Time Complexity is an important aspect for each question. I was told to write code as close to production as possible so make sure you handle all the edge cases. Overall I had an amazing experience.

After 2 days of the last round I got a mail for selection.
