IBM conducted an on-campus recruitment drive for the ASE position, which consisted of six rounds:

1. First Round (Online Test):
   This was a HackerRank test where candidates were required to solve one medium-level coding question in 45 minutes. The question was similar to LeetCode 187 - Repeated DNA Sequences.

2. Second Round (SHL):
   This round was a communication-based test consisting of four sections.

3. Third Round (Offline Test):
   Held on the college campus, this round required candidates to solve one easy-level question in 30 minutes. The question was math-based and could be solved using mathematical logic.

4. Fourth Round (Group Discussion):
   This round involved a group discussion on a current affairs topic.

5. Fifth Round (Technical Interview):
   This round focused on resume-based questions and included a data structure problem similar to LeetCode 540 - Single Element in a Sorted Array.

6. Sixth Round (HR Interview):
   The final round involved managerial and behavioral questions.
