Status: 17+ YOE for a DoD contractor. Staff SWE.

I applied via linkedin.  After a recruiter screen, I was scheduled for a technical phone screen.

The next day I was informed that I passed the phone screen, and we started scheduling the onsite interview.

Interview was five one hour rounds. Every round had at least one behavioral question.

Round 1.  https://leetcode.com/problems/iterator-for-combination/
Round 2. Design Google Calendar
Round 3. Behavioral questions, questions about my technical background.
Lunch: Half hour non-interview lunch with a Qualtrics SWE.
Round 4. Design a group notification system.
Round 5. I don't remember the exact question, but it was something like https://leetcode.com/problems/shortest-path-visiting-all-nodes/

I received the rejection email a few days later, encouraging me to apply in the future.

It was a very positive experience overall. 

I recommend if you want to interview with Qualtrics, prep as if you are going to interview with Amazon: Study the Qualtrics LP's hard. And make sure to prep for system design!
